Chalet 14 La Nubliere Lake Annecy

Chalet 14 is a detached 35m2 wooden chalet situated in a quiet corner of the La Nublière campsite located in Doussard Plage. Lake Annecy is 350m away, directly accessed from the campsites own gate leading you to the beach area as well as an extensive nature reserve. 

Guests have full access to the campsite's facilities such as children's and teenagers' clubs, playgrounds, the bar with mini aquapark area for children, evening entertainment and the spa (adults only for a daily supplement). La Nublière has its own supermarket and there are a number of local bars and restaurants nearby in Doussard Plage with the village of Doussard being only a 20 to 30 minute walk away.

Subject to availability, with Chalet 20 just opposite, groups of up to 10 people can be accommodated between both chalets (5 guests in each chalet).

Chalet 14 Information

The chalet has been fully refurbished in 2023 and has a covered terrace area, garden and parking space. 

Inside there is an open plan living room with sofa bed and kitchen area with two bedrooms (double bed room and a loft bed room) and bathroom. Bedlinen and towels are not provided. kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, large hot water tank, sink, shower and washing machine. Outside there is a table, chairs, recliners and BBQ.

As well as a guest welcome pack of essentials to get you started on your holiday, cleaning products are provided along with a vacuum cleaner and clothes line. 

Bedlinen and towels can be provided on request for 100€ subject to availability.

Chalet 20 La Nubliere Lake Annecy

Chalet 20 is a detached 40m2 wooden chalet situated in a quiet corner of the La Nublière campsite located in Doussard Plage. Lake Annecy is 350m away, directly accessed from the campsites own gate leading you to the beach area as well as an extensive nature reserve.

Guests have full access to the campsite's facilities such as children's and teenagers' clubs, playgrounds, the bar with mini aquapark area for children, evening entertainment and the spa (adults only for a daily supplement). Chalet 20 Information

The chalet has been refurbished in 2024 and has a covered terrace area, front decking area, garden to the side of the chalet and two parking spaces.

Inside there is an open plan living room with sofa, two chairs, breakfast bar table with two stools, kitchen area with two bedrooms (double bedroom and a triple bedroom) and bathroom. Bedlinen and towels are not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, sink, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. A washing machine is located in its own cupboard on the terrace next to an outside sink area. Outside there is a table and chairs located under the covered terrace, recliners and garden furniture on the decking area and in the garden a wooden table and bench seating and BBQ.

Local activities and places to visit

Guests have full access to the campsites amenities such as kids and teen clubs, games areas, bar with kids wet play area, evening entertainment and spa (adults only for a daily fee). La Nublière has its own supermarket and there are a number of local bars and restaurants nearby in Doussard Plage with Doussard village being just a 20 to 30 minute walk away.

As well as the campsites amenities and nature reserve, there are numerous activities on as well as around the lake. The lake activities provided by Skiwake74 are waterskiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing. Locally there are walking and hiking routes, paraponting, paragliding, scuba diving, tennis courts, mountain biking and road biking via Lake Annecy’s purpose made cycle routes.

Places to visit are Fort Tamie, Faverges, Giez golf course, Semnoz, La Forclaz and Angon beach. Talloires, Menthon, Saint-Jorioz beach and of course Annecy can all be visited from the ferry service which departs from Doussard port.
