Independent wooden chalet of 40 m2 located in a quiet corner of the La Nublière campsite located in Doussard Plage. Lake Annecy is 350 m away, directly accessible from the campsite gate which takes you to the beach and a vast nature reserve. Guests have full access to the campsite's facilities such as kids' and teens' clubs, games, bar, evening entertainment and spa (adults only for a daily rate). Nearby, in addition to the lake activities offered by Skiwake74 (water skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing and sailing), there are hiking, paragliding, tennis courts, mountain biking and road cycling on the cycle paths of the lake. 'Annecy. La Nublière has its own supermarket and several local restaurants are nearby for lunch and dinner. The chalet has a covered terrace, a private garden and two parking spaces. Inside there is an open plan living room with sofa (daybed) and a kitchen with two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed) and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The chalet was completely renovated in 2024. Subject to availability, with chalet 14 directly opposite, groups of up to 10 people can be accommodated between the two chalets (5 people in each chalet).
